COURSE INFO

This course is the next level of depth progression. You will experience the peaceful feeling of “free fall” that freedivers describe as flying underwater or floating in space. 

 

Learn about Frenzel equalisation and how to optimise & train it for deeper and safer equalisation.

 

Learn advanced relaxation techniques such as visualisation and attention deconcentration.

 

Refine your buddy system skills for deeper freediving safety procedures.

 

You will also learn how to stretch your intercostal muscles and diaphragm in order to increase your lung capacity, hold your breath longer, equalise deeper and feel more comfortable & relaxed.

 

Course will be tailored to your personal goals, whether it be; 

Sport Freediving, 

Recreational Freediving, 

Deep Spearfishing, 

ect…

 

This program provides you with the training and knowledge required to safely freedive with a buddy in open water environments up to depths of 30m. You will earn the internationally recognised SSI Level 2 Freediving Certification after successfully completing this program.

 

PREREQUISITES 

To enrol in an SSI Freediving Level 2 course you must be at least 15 years old. You must also have completed the SSI Freediving Level 1 course, or equivalent with another recognised agency.
