Getting Started with Freediving

The first step in your freediving journey is to enroll in one of our freediving beginner courses. Our "Try Freediving" program offers a safe and supervised 5-meter dive that will give you a taste of the sport and help you determine if it's the right fit for you.

Once you've experienced the thrill of your first dive, we will guide you through our "SSI Freediving Level 1" course, which will teach you the fundamentals of this incredible sport. Over three days, you'll learn essential techniques such as proper breathing, relaxation, and equalization, all while progressing to depths of up to 20 meters.

But the learning doesn't stop there. As you continue to advance, our "Freediving Level 2" and "Freediving Level 3" courses will challenge you to reach new depths, master more complex equalization techniques, and truly push the boundaries of your personal limits.
