TRY FREEDIVING - 5m [$300]

Aimed at the advanced snorkeler seeking a fun & safe introduction into the world of Freediving!

You will learn breathing, relaxation & equalisation techniques used in freediving that will allow you to gain confidence and comfort under the guidance of one of our experienced instructors.

LEVEL 1 [$550]

FREEDIVE TO 20M IN 3 DAYS!

Fundamentals of freediving. Whether you've never freedived before or are already freediving up to 20m but want to get some more bottom time and sharpen up your safety & rescue skills, for beginners to intermediates we tailor this course to your level and goals. We will optimise your finning technique, body position, frenzel equalisation, breath work, relaxation techniques, mental training & safety. If you're into spearfishing, freediving, snorkelling, surfing, or photography this is the course for you!

LEVEL 2 [$800]

FREEDIVE TO 30M IN 4 DAYS!

This course is next level of depth progression, aimed at the more experienced spearo or freediver. You should already be comfortable doing repeated dives to 18m-20m. You will learn advanced equalisation techniques and experience the peaceful feeling of "free fall" that freedivers describe as flying underwater or floating through space!

LEVEL 3 [$1200]

FREEDIVE TO 40M IN 5 DAYS!

This course is the beginning of the rest of your freediving journey! You are introduced to equalisation with mouthfill, allowing you to dive safety below your residual volume. We aim to increase your awareness around the finer details of equalisation and provide you with the knowledge and tools to keep training after the course. We also introduce you to exhale diving which is a great way to increase your adaptation to deeper water and to train your equalisation technique even with limited depth available!
