COURSE INFO

The course will be adjusted to your personal level. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced diver looking to go a bit deeper and start getting some bottom time, this is the course for you! 

 

The course will be tailored to your personal goals; 

Freediving, 

Spearfishing, 

Photography, 

Surfing,

To become a more confident snorkeler! 

 

COURSE INCLUDES:

Relaxation techniques 

Mental training 

Breath workshop 

Frenzel equalisation 

Safety drills in different scenarios

Freediving theory (physiology, mammalian dive  reflex, buddy system, equipment)

 

 

This program provides you with the training and knowledge required to safely freedive with a buddy in open water environments up to depths of 20m. You will earn the internationally recognised SSI Level 1 Freediving Certification after successfully completing this program.

 *Our freediving instructor dives alongside you for the entire dive start to finish every single dive!

Min age 12 (Max open water depth limit 12-14yr old is 12m)
