COURSE INFO

Fundamentals of freediving. Whether you've never Freedived before or are already Freediving up to 20m but want to get some more bottom time and sharpen up your safety & rescue skills!

For beginners to intermediates we tailor this course to your level and goals. We will optimise your;

• Finning Technique
• Body Position
• Frenzel Equalisation
• Breath Work
• Relaxation Techniques 
• Mental Training 
• Safety Drills

If you're into spearfishing, freediving, snorkelling, surfing, or photography this is the course for you!

This program provides you with the training and knowledge required to safely freedive with a buddy in open water environments up to depths of 20m. You will earn the internationally recognised SSI Level 1 Freediving Certification after successfully completing this program.

Our freediving instructor dives alongside you for the entire dive start to finish every single dive!

Student Prerequisites:

To enrol in an SSI Freediving Level 1 course you must be at least 12 years old. You must also have basic swimming ability.

  • 4:30pm-8:00pm

  • Depth Dives  
  • 8am-2pm
